One
of the workshops we offer on a periodic and demand basis is a
"Woman's
Self Defense" workshop which runs from 1.5 to 2
hours in length. The Goals of this
workshop are twofold:

Firstly to help raise your awareness level of possible scenarios
where you
or a loved one may be at risk for attack, and minimize that
risk.

Secondly, to introduce you to simple self defense movements
for various “typical” assault situations woman may
encounter.
